Non-emergency water and sewer issues and inquiries may be submitted by Service Request Form, email or by calling 770.832.1277. Non-emergency problems include obtaining account balances, assistance with online account login, information on the Snake Creek Reservoir, and general water or service questions. Many answers may be found on our website. The Service Request Form and Customer Service email are NOT monitored after hours, on holidays, or on weekends.
Please report emergency and after-hours water and sewer problems by phone. Typical emergency problems include water main breaks, loss of water service, discoloration, odor, and sewer backups.
