Request Service

Service Connection and Service Disconnection may be requested in person at our Administrative Office during regular lobby hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Customers may call 770.832.1277 for service requests by phone during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Please provide closing papers, proof of ownership, or lease agreement at the time of the service request. Requests are based on next day service, so please notify CCWA at least 24-hours prior to the date service is needed.
